What holds it together.
BOM revision control. The bill of materials is locked at a named revision before production, and no component changes without written notice to you — the silent substitution eight months into a program is the failure mode this exists to prevent.
Batch-level traceability. Sourced components are received against the locked BOM with incoming inspection (IQC), and lots are traceable to the build they went into.
One invoice. You contract with one US-led party. The supplier coordination, the chasing, and the accountability are ours.
